Only what you send us through the contact form: a name or pseudonym, the channel you want us to reply on, your address or username on that channel, your profile, the area you are interested in and, if you add one, a message.

We don't use analytics or advertising cookies. We only store a technical cookie with the language you choose, so the site is shown in that language.

03Why we use it

To answer your request and, if you decide to go ahead, to prepare and deliver the service. The legal basis is your consent and taking pre-contractual steps at your request.

04Who we share it with

The site is hosted on Vercel, which also runs a bot check on the form. Form messages are delivered by email through Resend. We don't sell or share your data with anyone else.

05How long we keep it

For as long as the conversation or professional relationship lasts and, after that, only as long as the law requires. You can ask us to delete it at any time.

06Your rights

You can access, rectify or erase your data, object to or restrict its processing, or request its portability by emailing helixnebulatech@protonmail.com. You can also lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es).
